Is it possible to operate the TerraCam X2 on a USB 1.1 port?
Answer 1:
Yes, but with some restrictions: TerraTec Snap! and Arcsoft Webcam Companion will work with a maximum resolution of 640x 480 pixel. A higher resolution is not available. Software like Skype will NOT recognize the webcam correctly.

Is the TerraCam X2 MAC compatible?
Answer 2:
Starting with Mac OS 10.4.9 the TerraCam X2 is compatible with Skype, iChat and Yahoo Messenger.
Question 3:
Skype does not recognize the TerraCam X2. What can I do?
Answer 3:
Please install the very latest Skype version and the TerraCam X2 will be ready for use.
